Shipping & Delivery
We ship via trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Blockcity is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Blockcity is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied at checkout. Any additional costs for redelivery or address changes will be the customer’s responsibility.

Risk & Ownership
All orders become the responsibility of the customer once they have been dispatched. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly. We will assist in lodging an investigation with the courier; however, Blockcity does not guarantee refunds or replacements for issues caused during transit.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.

International Shipping (if applicable)
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. Blockcity is not responsible for delays due to customs.
